We provide free child safety seats (please note the number and age of children when booking) to ensure the safety of children during travel. Our drivers are gentle and patient, familiar with family travel needs, and will assist with strollers and luggage. The vehicles are spacious compliant taxis, clean and free of odors, equipped with air conditioning to provide a comfortable travel environment for the whole family. After purchasing, please note your family size, children’s ages and special needs. The driver will arrive on time and choose safe routes, with 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Important Notes: 1. Please book at least 2 hours in advance; 2. Please truthfully inform the number and age of children to ensure we prepare the appropriate child safety seats; 3. Personal and family data are protected in accordance with GDPR; 4. A 50% penalty will be charged for cancellation within 1 hour before the appointment time; 5. Pets are prohibited in the vehicle (except guide dogs); 6. The driver only provides transfer service and does not bear the guardianship responsibility of children.
