After purchasing, please note your flight number, pick-up time and location, and the driver will arrive at the pick-up location in advance. If your flight is delayed, the driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge. We also provide free luggage handling service to help you carry your luggage on and off the vehicle.
Important Notes: 1. Please book at least 24 hours in advance; 2. No refund will be given if canceled within 12 hours of the appointment time; 3. Personal and flight data are protected in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to third parties; 4. If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the agreed limit, please inform us in advance, otherwise an additional fee of £10 per person and £5 per piece of luggage will be charged; 5. All vehicles are compliant and licensed, and the whole service process is traceable.
