High-end wedding luxury sedan chauffeur service, tailored for wedding scenarios, including bride/groom pick-up, wedding party transfer and venue shuttling. The vehicle is a premium luxury sedan (e.g., Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series) with elegant interior and exterior, decorated with wedding ribbons and flowers (customizable). Our chauffeurs are formally dressed, well-trained in wedding etiquette, and will provide red carpet assistance, door-opening service and luggage handling. The service is billed by the hour, with a minimum booking time of 3 hours, and includes free bottled water and refreshing towels for passengers. After booking, please note the wedding date, pick-up/drop-off locations, and special decoration needs (e.g., color of ribbons, flower type), and we will confirm the vehicle and chauffeur arrangement 3 days in advance.
Important Notes: 1. Please book at least 14 days in advance to ensure vehicle availability (wedding peak season requires 30 days in advance); 2. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is settled after the service is completed; 3. A 40% penalty will be charged for cancellation within 7 days before the wedding, and no refund will be given for cancellation within 3 days; 4. Personal and wedding information is protected in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed; 5. The vehicle will be cleaned and disinfected in advance, and the chauffeur will arrive 15 minutes early; 6. Overtime will be charged at the same hourly rate, and please inform the chauffeur in advance if overtime is needed; 7. No smoking, eating or drinking in the vehicle, otherwise a £50 cleaning fee will be charged.
