Spacious luxury SUV wedding chauffeur service, ideal for large wedding parties (up to 6 passengers), including bridesmaid/groomsman transfer, family member shuttling and multi-venue travel. The vehicle is a premium luxury SUV (e.g., Range Rover Vogue, Mercedes-Benz GLS), with spacious interior, comfortable leather seats and advanced audio system, decorated with wedding-themed ribbons and flowers (customizable). Our chauffeurs are experienced in wedding service, formally dressed, and will provide thoughtful assistance, including luggage handling, door-opening and route guidance. The service is billed by the hour, with a minimum booking time of 3 hours, and includes free bottled water, refreshing towels and wedding emergency kits (e.g., tissue, hairpins). After booking, please note the wedding date, number of passengers, pick-up/drop-off locations and decoration preferences, and we will arrange a dedicated vehicle and chauffeur.
Important Notes: 1. Please book at least 14 days in advance (peak wedding season requires 30 days in advance) to ensure vehicle availability; 2. A 50% deposit is required upon booking, and the balance is settled after the service; 3. A 40% penalty will be charged for cancellation within 7 days before the wedding, and no refund for cancellation within 3 days; 4. Personal and wedding data are protected in accordance with GDPR; 5. The vehicle is fully inspected, cleaned and disinfected before the service, and the chauffeur arrives 15 minutes early; 6. Overtime is charged at the same hourly rate, and advance notice is required; 7. No smoking, eating or drinking in the vehicle, and no sharp objects that may damage the interior, otherwise a £50-£100 cleaning/damage fee will be charged.
